I’m Tim, and I live in Leamington Spa with my wife, our three boys, and our much-loved dog, Bruno 🐶. In March 2023, I made a big decision to completely change direction in my career. I stepped away from our recruitment business and, with the full support of my family, began a new chapter doing something I’ve always loved: gardening, with a particular focus on gardens and ponds 🌳🐸. It was a leap of faith and a little daunting at first, but looking back, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I’ve always enjoyed gardening. Over the years, I’ve built ponds for my own garden as well as for family members, and I’ve often found myself helping friends and relatives with their garden maintenance. My love of the outdoors started early, inspired by my grandparents, who were keen gardeners themselves. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of pottering about in their garden—helping my grandad harvest tomatoes, runner beans, potatoes, and cucumbers, or lending a hand to my nan as she trimmed her huge laurel hedge. Being outdoors and surrounded by nature has always felt like home to me.
Since moving into gardening full-time, focusing on both garden and pond maintenance, life has been a whirlwind—but one I’m thoroughly enjoying. I’m busier than ever, yet less stressed, healthier 💪🏻, and most importantly, much happier 😊. I get to work in some truly beautiful gardens and meet lovely people along the way—and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Alex lives in Warwick with his wife and two children. An outdoor enthusiast at heart, he has always gravitated towards practical, hands-on work and feels most at ease when surrounded by nature. Whether tending his own garden or exploring the countryside with his young sons—spotting birds, hunting for bugs, or enjoying woodland walks—Alex has a genuine appreciation for wildlife and the natural environment.
With many years of experience across landscaping, gardening, construction sites, and land management on a large country estate, Alex has developed a broad and reliable skill set that lends itself to all aspects of garden work. He has a particular passion for growing dahlias and takes great pride in creating and caring for outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed by both people and wildlife alike.
